Privacy Policy

We collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, the orders you place, and your communication choices. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We use your details to run your account, process orders, arrange delivery or shipping, provide support, and — only where you have asked us to — send you marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

We send text messages only to numbers that completed 6-digit verification, and only for the programs you separately consented to: Marketing Messages and Transactional Messages. Each consent is recorded with its date, the version of the wording you accepted and where you gave it, so we can always show you what you agreed to and when.

You can withdraw either consent at any time from your account settings, or reply STOP to any of our texts to opt out of all of them immediately; the opt-out is recorded and honored across every program. Reply HELP for program details. Msg & data rates may apply, and you are never required to consent to texts as a condition of purchase.

Newsletter emails are a separate choice from text messages. You can opt in or out of the newsletter at any time from your account profile without affecting your text-message preferences.

To fulfill an order, the vendor whose products you bought receives the details needed to prepare and dispatch it. We share the minimum necessary with our service providers: Stripe for payments, Twilio for text messages, and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

We keep your account data while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax, dispute and legal purposes. Consent records and opt-outs are kept so we can prove and honor your choices.

Update your profile, phone number, message preferences and newsletter choice from your account settings, or reply STOP to any text. Closing your account is available from your account security settings.
